Preventive health care: Encompassing a comprehensive range of strategies aimed at averting the onset, progression, and impact of diseases. This includes interventions across various stages, such as primary prevention to prevent disease occurrence, secondary prevention for early detection and treatment, and tertiary prevention to manage complications and enhance quality of life. Additionally, the scope of preventive medicine extends to addressing environmental, genetic, behavioral, and socio-economic factors that influence health outcomes
Health sciences: topics within the field of health sciences but not limited to nursing, physical therapy, epidemiology, health education, environmental health, and medical imaging and radiologic technologies.
