Aims and Scope

The aim of Current Trends in Radiation Oncology and Cancer is to publish high-quality research articles that advance the field of radiation oncology and cancer treatment. Our scope covers all aspects of radiation oncology and cancer treatment, including but not limited to:

• Clinical trials and outcomes of radiation therapy and other cancer treatments
• Radiobiology, including the effects of radiation on cancer cells and normal tissue
• Radiation physics and medical imaging techniques used in radiation therapy
• Innovative approaches to radiation therapy, including proton therapy and other emerging technologies
• The role of radiation therapy in multimodality cancer treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy
• Quality assurance and patient safety in radiation therapy
• Palliative radiation therapy for symptom management in advanced cancer
• Radiation therapy in pediatric cancer treatment
