Abstract
The Hellenic National Mental Health Action Plan 2021-2030 emphasizes the significance of mental health in workplaces and aims to "leave no one behind" in the future. The plan aligns with the WHO's principle of 'mental health in all policies' and underscores the integration of mental health into various aspects of society. It represents the country’s vision for mental health, focusing on proper information, prevention, early treatment, and appropriate management. The plan outlines key actions to advance mental health intervention in workplaces and emphasizes the inclusion of people with mental health problems in the labor market. In order to better achieve this goal, four day-centers that support workers are operating in Greece. This collaborative effort of the Constitutional State, mental health care professionals, stakeholders, and Greece's scientific community drives the completion of the psychiatric reform in Hellas and the restructuring of the mental health system.
