Abstract
Malignant mesothelioma is a rare malignancy. Most occurred in the pleural cavity. The peritoneal cavity is the second frequent space. After diagnosis, surgical resection is recommended for restrictive condition. Systemic treatments were recommended for diffusely distributed cases but the prognosis is very poor. Here we report a case of diffused disseminated MPM treated by staged CRS plus HIPEC and post-operative nivolumab monotherapy. At second scheduled operation, we found tumor response well to treatment and final pathologic exam proved to be complete response.
