Abstract
We describe an unusual case of a patient with two symptomatic spinal schwannomas involving the upper thoracic spine and the cauda equina, without evidence of syndromic neurofibromatosis. She underwent staged thoraco-lumbar and thoracic tumor resections with subsequent symptomatic and neurological improvement.
